Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Noor bars
  • Melting chocolate (e.g., Pascha white chocolate)
  • Cake pop sticks
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., sprinkles, chopped nuts, shredded coconut)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Noura Bars:

    • Start by unwrapping the chocolate Noor bars and breaking them into smaller pieces if they are not already in small chunks.
  2. Grind the Noura Bars:

    • Place the Noor bar pieces into a food processor.
    • Pulse the food processor until the Noura bars are finely ground into crumbs. Make sure there are no large chunks left.
  3. Form Cake Pop Balls:

    • Take a small handful of the ground Noor bar crumbs and press them together to form a cake pop ball. You can make them as large or as small as you like, but they should be bite-sized.
  4. Insert Cake Pop Sticks:

    • Melt a small amount of your chosen melting chocolate in the microwave or on a stovetop using a double boiler until it's smooth and runny.
    • Dip the tip of a cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and then insert it into the center of a cake pop ball. This will help the stick adhere to the ball.
  5. Freeze the Cake Pops:

    • Place the cake pops on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
    • Place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  6. Dip in Chocolate Coating:

    • While the cake pops are in the freezer, melt the remaining melting chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
    • Once the cake pops have chilled, remove them from the freezer.
    • Holding a cake pop by the stick, dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring the entire ball is coated. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Add Toppings:

    • Before the chocolate coating hardens, sprinkle your chosen toppings over the cake pop. You can use sprinkles, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or anything else you like.
  8. Let Them Set:

    • Place the decorated cake pops back onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet or stand them upright in a cake pop stand.
    • Allow the chocolate coating to set completely. You can speed up this process by placing them in the refrigerator for faster hardening.
  9. Enjoy:

    • Once the chocolate coating is firm and the cake pops are set, they are ready to enjoy! Serve them at parties, gatherings, or as a sweet treat anytime.

These brownie cake pops are not only easy to make but also delicious and nutritious, thanks to the Noor bars. Enjoy your homemade cake pops!
